NOTICE
As part of the District’s regular monthly meeting on January 3, 2018 at 7PM, the District will provide information and discussion on the South Pointe dam project. The dam and lake were originally built on land leased by the District for 99 years to provide water to the District. The District no longer uses the lake as a water source but under the terms of the lease the District is responsible for maintenance to the dam during the lease period.
A history of the lake and the issues involved will be presented to the patrons attending and discussion will follow. Patrons may address the Board with questions or comments after signing in to speak.
